I can't help but worry about what this means for his future, though. The king has done nothing to make me think he's a good person who'll forgive such a slight merely because the prince turned out okay.
Toraji has been so useful, I really wish Pai'yan would acknowledge him more. The brave little guy put himself between others and lightning.

Also, I can't blame the rope workers for not being very content with their lot. The fact that they weren't even allowed to leave the city is harsh.
