Some people don't like to do that to their cat. And if he doesn't cause trouble she might forget about it. So it ain't a given. (Or it might already have happened.)

When I was in high school, some guy was killed by paper. He was driving on the highway when a truck transporting those 1 ton industrial rolls of paper lost its load. The paper rolled onto his car and crushed him.

"Hokuto" means "Big Dipper" (the constellation). He seems to have a connection with it, but it's not necessarily because of Hokuto no Ken.

Hmm, the spots on his back do indeed form the Big Dipper.

Cat has round, human pupils and human-shaped eyes, instead of cat-shaped eyes and pupils. It's freaking me out. Skinwalkers indeed.

Artist seems to be just using his knowledge of drawing human expressions straight, rather than trying to adapt it to a cat's face. Real cats lack the facial muscles to make the expressions that humans (and to a lesser extent, dogs) can make. So any cat drawn to make human-like expressions is going to look a little weird regardless.
