Anyway the art is ambiguous, and I'm gonna laugh if instead of drying her tears he's shoving a cat treat in her mouth. That's been his go-to method before. Hopefully he's learned from it backfiring with her last time though.

All I can tell you is that the raw says デニーロ見習え, which means something like "Learn from De Niro", or "Follow De Niro's example". Still confused by the reference.
