See some of the discussion about Mii-chan's dad - cat fathers have basically nothing to do with their offspring, except for every so often when they have something really bad to do with their offspring.

I suggest reading up a bit on cat reproduction - it could charitably be described as the female having a (consensual) gang bang, followed by living for three to six months as a grumpy single mother, then starting over again. The fathers are basically there for the gang bang and nothing else.
