It's different because there was a big fight about how she hates being treated like a cat about 140 chapters ago. She would approach him as a cat, then complain when he treated her like one. But then she'd also say she didn't hate it when MC personally treated her like a cat. And immediately after (And I mean to the point that the fight was cut off halfway through), she went to be treated like a cat for hours on end for money.

Both of you are misremembering the issue. Chapter 60 has her literally staring at him cuddling up to another cat and getting jealous. Yes, she reacted instinctively to the smell of another cat, but she's already expressed jealously long before that when he visited her at the cafe in the first place: They both have an issue with the other cuddling up to people, but they both do it anyway. Mii-chan is in the wrong here, since she started this whole shit show with her hypocrisy.

1. already told him she likes him
2. told him she disliked him with other cats directly
