不安 = anxiety
の = of
種 = seed
It looks like 種 is mostly used for the "baby plant" definition of seed. But just like in English, it can also mean "the source of something."

I see, so the alternative series title translation "reason for concern" also works pretty well.

Thank you for breaking it down. Seed of Anxiety just seemed like such a specific and odd title to have been used twice, I had to wonder if there was a connection.
