Not sure if I’m supposed to dislike the MC or not, but some of the other chapters really do not make him look good in my eyes.

Yeah, he's a bit . . . obsessive, I guess, about his kitty cats, to the point it's almost mean.

I'm hoping he's just some combination of oblivious and/or deadpan (a-la Io from Acchi Kocchi), and he's actually a lot nicer than he's coming across, but I'm not that optimistic at this point . . .

It's a shame, because Mii-chan is stupid cute, and I'd love to see her end up in a happy relationship (and maybe even kittens . . .)
