Feels like stuff like this should be assigned to whoever has the best grades/signs up/more responsible versus a 'lotto' bc imagine a random less than average person in charge and messing up and getting all the blame lol (or in a more dramatic story where some bully victim has more of a spotlight shone on them lol, but i suppose in some 'bullying' focused stories they kinda gloss over 'fun' events like school festivals)

At the very least feels like teachers should help be advising as well, at least it worked out for them.
