I was completely gonna write this Manhwa as yet another dumb ha-ha bad jokes, bad plot Manhwa, but what if you are right and this one actually has decent twists.

(I really don't think is the case, but if this Manhwa does turn out to be good in the future, please someone ping me to pick it up again)

Edit: now that I think about it. The commenter who said this could be a "your lie in April" situation might be right. She paused for a second before answering when he asked why she would have trouble walking home. I also searched it up, and chronic anemia can happen as a result of many fairly serious illnesses. It could just be a plot device to give mc a reason to walk her home, but if they want to take the tragic route, the groundwork is there.

For the record I don't think this is where the series is going to go, but I do have some questions about "how" MCs ability works.

How would it interact with cross dressers, Ie astolfo, or self-identified males? Would they still look like rocks because first glance he thinks they're girls? Would they turn into humans on reveal?
Follow up, would this mean if he got used to say, the female friend, would she gradually turn human in his eyes?

While played for laughs, MC has an imaginary friend in high school he treats as real... I'm very curious how the author plans his character arc.

Yeah. Honestly, I was thinking the same. that level of anemia is suspicious. Plus, the lack of money might just be because she doesn't have any left due to her treatment. Her being off previously could also be due to just having heard that she has a terminal illness.
