i wonder if maybe these undead that Natch freaked out over are the same sort of creature as the Akuma from D Gray-Man where the soul of the person's loved one is now trapped in the body in order for the fake to look like the dead loved one while the trapped soul is being tortured during it all. would certainly explain why the soul dragon freaked that badly over it all.

thanks for the chapter, and I know she was just introduced in the previous installment but I'm already going through best girl Envy withdrawal.
So her situation could be like she was in the process of dying but the dragon placed that condition on her so she can't finish dying until she finishes this task.... if it truly is beyond her abilities this could be the dragon's way of further saving her by making her death contingent on something she can't accomplished.
