I've read the WN of this too. Its mostly vanilla-ish with harem parts and no actual NTR in this version of events, only BSS.
Honestly, the way it explores the characters settings is somewhat curious, but it unironically makes the story from in-universe NTR manga more interesting in a way. Not the cheating part of course, as it's cliché shit, but the way lead heroine changes and whether she would be able to be a positive change to the MC there too, especially since "prim-and-proper" version of her is boring as fuck.
