Probably because these are the magazine scans? And you can't print too graphic a thing on a non-pornographic publication or something.

Is because this manga get published primarily in a mobile app, Gangan Online App and delayed to the website, which mean manga have to be regulated by Play Store, and to a lesser degree App Store (not that much given that for the other square enix app, they just removed some manga from Play Store ver, but kept it in the iOS one, the Manga Up app), if this was published in a magazine, this wouldn't be censored but it doesn't

But yes, these get uncensored in the volumes, Radeon replaced the censored pages when they worked on it, but not sure if this group is going to do the same
