Current retail links which you can add ( only 4 ):
Neutral retail link = doesn't belong to any of this 4 , doesn't have a logo , an option to list official retail site.

Kind of what Yatsuki said, but adding either different sources for purchasing or just increasing the amount of available links would cause problems. And letting people add any source could cause edit wars concerning which retail sites should and shouldn't be linked, especially if the limit of 4 was kept.

@bigtiddyoneesan just one ( same as raw link = you can't add more than 1 raw link ), not for every language/site

It might help your case if you gave some examples of neutral links for various manga.
The official raw and English translation links sound like the same thing to me though, as it's where you're able to legally purchase the manga.
If you want to change it to "add one link to official site", then that would be different I guess. Pretty sure someone mentioned adding links to publisher sites in the relevant thread above.

Most of the time raw link used as "official source where you can check out how many raw chapters is out/read for free ( a few or more chapters ) without a registration, buy/rent a digital copy "
Official English:
if it's Manga (mostly print-digital, have to buy to read)
if it's Manhwa (mostly digital rent/buy, most of the time same company as publisher, a few free chapters to view before have to buy or latest 3+ chapters hidden by a paywall if it's ongoing)
if it's Manhua (mostly digital rent/buy/watch ads to read-app)

Because assuming that the "neutral" links were a decent addition, it would make more sense for only one person to take the five minutes on Google as opposed to a few thousand readers.
I'm guessing you mean for the contributors tho.
Are you saying "how hard is it" for the readers or for the contributors? Because it could be interpreted as either.

that's true, but if you want to find a licensed books that's on your language it's not that hard to find it, since this function isn't yet implemented you should do it manually.
yes, it is a good addition to help a others, but the retail link was supposed to go to the Japanese retail, not other/s language and if it dev add more it'll only cause confusion.
But, there's already a "Official" thingy to address the official english and other thing you can add on the description like Atelier the Witch does, and of course there is a down side, it'll annoye some readers.

EBJ was sold out not so long ago, of course URLs changed. For some series old links properly redirect to new site. For some series it doesn't redirect. Feel free to report these or change it yourself.
