New releases for series marked by user as 'completed' should show up in the 'follow' feed

The series is over. You read it till the end and mark it as 'completed'. Turn out there are some extra content uploaded a day later (or even years later), or improved version with better translation. You will never know about these content, because new chapters for a 'completed' don't show up in the 'follow' feed.

The next mangadex update, which comes out when it comes out, will have a fix for this
