New tag suggestion: "Gacha"

With the rising amount of Gacha focused series, I think it would be a good idea to add a gacha tag/theme to the filters, as the whole concept of gacha is pretty divisive. Not only is there a lot of new series the stories with gacha themes, they are also nearly always hastely made and excuse my french, SHIT.
