new to mangadex, how do u even find H-manga?

new to mangadex here, how do u even find H-manga? under the hentai toggle, i filter it to show toggle (don't understand what it does) but i can't find anywhere to search advanced with hentai only

there's a gear besides your user-button

press that and you will find the h-toggle , i've never done it before but you're welcome
