Newbie looking for a job

So i have read manga/manhwa for a very long time now. I have no JP or CH knowledge so translation is out of the question. My English is at a professional C2 level Certified by Cambridge. What i can do is use Photoshop, at least to some degree. I would like to be scouted to do other things, it would be preferable if i get sooome kind of pay as to think i am getting something out of the job and not just the satisfaction of my work.
