The "dora" part is from the Japanese romanization of "Dragon" (Doragon) and isn't all uncommon in naming characters so that part is completely coincidental, I think.

I’m well aware of that lol but “Storm Dragon”. They even have the same title. Granted I haven’t read the raws so the kanji might’ve been different I guess.
