Yeah, I'd prefer a full chapter even if it was only once a month.

Unfortunately there's more reasons for them to keep releasing partial chapters. From goodguy reasons like, "Readers are impatient, so we're releasing smaller pieces as they get done"... to asshole reasons like, "We charge per release, so if the charge is reduced from $1 to $0.50 more people are willing to pay it.... and then we'll divide the chapter into 3 or more parts so it costs them at least $1.50 per full chapter."
