Nezumi is escaping the mental programming. I think this is the first time she consciously killed a person. Look at her eyes while stabbing the guy, completely different from all the previous chapters: wide open and a bit panicky. And her stating her full name seals it, she's regaining her self that was stolen by Butama and the yakuza.
