That charcoal tweet even as satire seems like it could get you banned for threats tho XD; Of course he'd go viral for talking about Nii-kun 8D (I know ppl can sometimes publish an auto bio but i think only celebs could get away with publishing their 'tweets' tho scam aside if he read that much growing up he should know which ones are legit are not to trust)

Theft aside, surprised no self select (tho vapes aside and other than a specific flavor you'd think nicotine would be the same either way/even if someone's a heavy smoker/had more of a variety while young, i doubt ppl have done more than say, ten varieties to have a 'favorite' versus just sticking to something cheaper/what they're used to [it would be amusing like, how 'generic' versions of products existing, that X brand and Y brand are exactly the same but b/c they never buy it they don't realize it and end up getting the pricier kind]),

since it'd just be better to do self checkout or like order online. tho you'd think unless you smoke multiple times a day they wouldn't run out so quickly or just buy like 5 packs at a time (lol if i were MC or Nii-kun i'd just take an extra and say "it's a bonus" in hopes they stay away for longer or so) although i'd think MC would know by now like "I'm sorry i'm not a smoker so i don't know what you consider "regular" or have Nii-kun take care of smokers/having a separate cashier for them lol)

Forgive me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the plot of this chapter just the basis of the entire manga? Like, IIRC it was based off a bunch of tweets from real-life convenience store workers that just sorta grew into its own thing.

Sort of like how Dilbert started out as the author taking letters from fans talking about their own bad corporate experiences and then putting them into the comic. Which itself became a steaming pile of shit but that’s a separate thing entirely.

Something like this would be a mood but slightly riskier to do so in america so they don't get like struck, i mean hopefully strangers aren't assaulted too often but doesn't mean it never happens (tho i imagine if it was more western experiences there'd be more creeps hitting on her, heard there'd be some ppl who bought fake wedding rings just so they could turn down ppl lol) [Tho on the flip side i have heard of a restaurant? called Dicks where teh employees are rude to you, wonder how many method actors join that, but i wouldn't be surprised if they hired 'delinquent' looking ppl or rude snarky teens to deal with customer service things]

Depending o n whether it's viral for being controversial or not. versus like, a cute pet vid and then gaining more followers but then losing like a percentage of them within 3 months if you're not a pet dedicated vlog account or so lol (tho some horror arg using twitter from Japan seems like it'd be interesting even if the non-amateur args end up just being an ad for a series/vid game in the end lol)

Oh man I need to relisten to these episodes. To anyone who hasn't heard of this podcast, this is definitely a good episode to start with (The L Ron Hubbard episodes are also great intros but like that's more cause Hubbard is fascinating)


Anyways, "only" ten volumes in and Manga Matsukoma has gained Twitter Fame like Real Matsukoma had. Wonder if that'll change anything. We aren't even halfway through with what's been released in this ongoing series. I don't expect Twitter Fame would make someone quit their job, but now he can have the hope for a different future that he lost a volumes ago
