The real sad point I'd say is in 3 pages unrelated to the main duo that pop in out of nowhere and they are like a small sidestory on its own, I think you will recognize them when you see them.

Is not like the author's work, Ai Ren, in a way is likely that because it ends rather shortly it never got the chance to explore things that would make it sad.
