I read the Spanish one....and let me tell y'all ...this is ONE DRAMATIC manga.

He doesn't confess until chapter 13 and HE is actually gay he isn't faking it to get her to fall for him or anything which at first I thought he was, however he finally kisses him at the end of chapter 14 and beginning of 15 while he is sleeping on his desk only to turn out to not really be sleeping and thus he questions him about what was that and that is when he confesses to his best friend that he is in love with him and that he is gay as well as explaining why he pretended to go out with Niji the girl he loves

Oh and in chapter one the person who assaults and sorta kidnaps the girl

is her teacher who he first creeps her out but then makes moves ono her and makes her blush and then the gay friend thankfully tells her to stay away from him however she is stupid and doesn't listen, allowing him to give her his "COAT" to keep her warm

This main female lead is beyond stupid, the drama is too much and I can see why they dropped it a year ago dumb female lead with a horrible quad love triangle and then add on a creepy stalker/molester in the mix... oh and some chapters are missing so you gotta try and guess what happens in between in the end I skipped chatpers 7-12 and just read 13 and 15 only to be VERY disappointed!
