That's some Demonology stuff on third panel of page 18. Those symbols are the seals of the major demons.
So I looked them up... and then looked them up again because reading the digital copy of Goetia I downloaded is hell (pun not intended) and it turns out I got some wrong because I read the numbers wrong because they are tiny and blurry. So I found a better online list.

So the top one is Bathin, knows the properties of plants and stones and transports people across countries. His appearance is a serpent-tailed muscular man riding a pale horse.

Behind that is likely Andromalius. He brings back thieves and stolen goods and punishes the such and finds hidden treasure, wickedness, and dishonesty. He appears as a man holding a large serpent in his hand.

Next is Eligos who discovers hidden things, knows the future of wars. He carries a lance and a serpent.

Besides that to the right is Orias, he knows astrology super well and can metamorphose a man into any shape He's a lion with a serpent's tail and riding on a buff horse and holds two serpents hissing.

If I remember that at the start of this arc, the MC mentioned that it was his fault Inubousaki died. If this arc is gonna be explaining how that's the case...he's gonna use her to contain the double threat somehow, isn't he? It doesn't seem like he's sacrificing her because they're both old when her funeral happens but he must've used her to some extent
