This is probably some kind of cuckoo spirit that make you THINK it's your kid so you 'take care' of it.
Bird legs
Damn, that makes sense! The chapter is called "nest-borrowing specter" too, that's really direct. He didn't even know the baby was born, so why is a baby spirit going after HIM? He didn't abandon it, the mother, his girlfriend, did. But there's birdlegs. So yeah, cuckoo spirit seems, for the lack of a better word, the most logical conclusion. Cuckoo birds "borrow" the nests of other birds. This is probably some kind of cuckoo spirit that make you THINK it's your kid so you 'take care' of it.
The “dead baby in locker” is a classic Japanese urban legend, and this manga has always loved to both subvert and twist any of the familiar tales. Combining it with a cuckoo spirit would be a really interesting take. Not a usual “grudge“ spirit out for vengeance on the abusive, but something more insidious to take advantage of the mourning.Damn, that makes sense! Anyway, if he was abusive, then it stands to reason the mother/girlfriend could curse him, and the baby spirit would be the manifestation of that curse. But far as we know, he wasn't. If anything he seems downright sad that he doesn't get to raise a child, despite poor prospects. And again, she didn't tell him she was pregnant, a baby curse spirit should be going after the girlfriend, not what is essentially an innocent third party.

There's also the fact the spirit showed up the second he heard about the baby and about the locker thing, AKA the moment he was the most likely to feel responsible for a spirit making him think 'I'm your kid'."Bird legs" and these birds. Definitely not his child.
Probably just the artist’s style, I would guess, rather than direct connection. In universe, the author might say something like “the teeth are symbolic of [thing], and when [curse/spirit situation messes “thing” up] the teeth become contorted in reflection of that“.The 'baby' deformed teeth looks like Inobusaki's....
Pet theory is that Inobousaki's corpse at her funeral is a doll made by these guys, and she's still alive. The 'baby' deformed teeth looks like Inobusaki's....
