Feels like Gaku's influence on the timeline has ranged from harmless to fairly positive, this arc might be the first time things are going to go south because of him? Maybe? I'm intrigued though.

Ngl, I LOVE this manga and set up my only gripe is the similar character designs that have me half confused like "wait is it this guy or that guy?" But, I tend to excuse it bc of the whole set up of cliques fighting, they would have some similar designs

Indeed, Kameto was foolish. He was stupidly overconfident to make a move against Aoba just after taking out Wagatsuma of the scene and make Kanamori ran off of the school in this timeline but little did he know that Aoba still have Aoba & Mako to resist, even if the Aoba senior wouldn't inteverned.. Man should have wait for a week but he refused Hibino's advice and try to run his own show with just a sophomore without Freshman & Seniors. Things would go differently in this timeline (before Gaku arrival) had Kameto not making a rush.

Let's not forget, this Kougetsu still have unfinished business with Hiou Academy and yet Kameto was slow about it and he decided to attack Aoba instead of Hiou that still planning to goes war with them.. Stupid plan by Kameto. Even Kanamori was not this dumb when planning a war against anybody, although both Kanamori & Kameto were familiar and have crappy personality

i mean, even IF the biker gang reached the school there’s still the Seniors standing by watching from the sidelines. Don’t think those 3 would just twiddle their thumbs looking at outsiders crashing a fair fight, at least.

So I'm gonna just assume that in the Gaku timeline Kameto is probably going to wait out the full week and they'll have an actual fight this time with Hibino joining the fray?
Given how close Hibino and Makio are, I wonder if Gaku will actually recognize him as some unc he hasn't seen in awhile during the original timeline.
