Having read this manga in its entirety, I will give my honest thoughts.
1. Much of the humor is centered on the main character's saintly outward behavior and overwhelming power being contrasted with her irreverent, hedonistic personality, which is hilarious. It's very reminiscent of other isekai power fantasies that base themselves on such a division, such as Overlord and Eminence in Shadows.
2. The manga's story has a brisk pace, not getting bogged down in the weeds at any particular point, and it seemed to be moving towards a definitive climax before it concluded abruptly with a "read the novel" ending.
3. Unfortunately, the other characters besides Elize/Niito do not get much in the way of depth. They follow well-worn character archetypes religiously (the overenthusiastic servant, the oblivious male lead, the insecure heroine with great potential, etc.) and have little in the way of depth. Verner seems to have something mysterious about his backstory and role in one of the secret endings, but this never gets much attention in-story.
4. Ellize's foreknowledge of the story and overwhelming power kills any tension in the story. In Overlord, the tension is built up over Ainz's minions' plotting as well as the nail-biting fate of the 'heroes' in a world with such an overpowered villain protagonist. Eminence in Shadow is primarily a comedy, and the highlights are always when Cid misinterprets events in such a way that hinders his personal goals of becoming the "Eminence of Shadow" - he might save the day, but his efforts always backfire, and we are eager to see more. We don't get anything like that in this story, unfortunately.
5. The "read the novel to find out more" ending is always annoying.
Overall, it was somewhat entertaining, but not something I'd recommend to anyone.
