That's not even Raku's way? You clearly don't understand him if you think he'd abuse his position in the Shuuei Group to have some old man roughed up.

It was actually the part-timer he referred to, who we never even saw, just had the speech bubbles coming from the back of the store. The granddaughter was just there when the items fell in the disposal. Wasn't clear if she somehow knocked them in by accident or not.

This really is just a painful arc, watching all this happiness and being as sure as I am that it's not going to pan out. To be fair, it also highlights how they are literally petrified by indecision with each other. They are just far too self-conscious around each other to actually work properly. This has been the status quo for 166 chapters, more or less.

Contrast with the how much the relationship between Raku and Chitoge has massively evolved from the start.
