Well... first thing of note this chapter... Chitoge worrying about Raku's avoidant nature. She doesn't realize he can take indirect confessions very badly. It's just not in his nature to assume he could possibly be the focus of a girl's affection. Maybe this will change in these final phases of the story, but it's been a constant aspect ever since the beginning, to explain why he could never feel comfortable approaching Kosaki, and here it is impeding his thoughts on Chitoge.
Raku being concerned for Marika, and she mentions slight anemia... that would certainly explain her collapses. I don't think that was ever mentioned before? But maybe I just don't remember... Either way, I feel like that sufficiently explains her health problems, and the time limit is more certainly associated with something her mother has planned, who we have not seen so far. I'm sure we're going to get another arc focusing on her to wrap up things involving her and her future.
Chitoge is overreacting to Raku being clung to by Marika combined with the avoidance. I don't blame her, though- it's hard for a young person not to fret over such things. Stress-eating is so in-character for her.
Yui finally has some more alone time with Chitoge, and explains how much she feels about everyone, and how that makes her so much more at peace with the possibility of Raku ending up with any of them. She really is the most mature of the bunch, at least in that sense. And even Chitoge sees that, and it makes her self-conscious...
And then Marika goes off on her behind her back with Raku in the opposite direction, saying she's a child in wanting to cause no harm to others or herself. I mean, I guess there's some merit to that argument, but I seriously dislike Marika's perspective on things, so I'm not going to give it too much merit.
And an arranged marriage being offered to Yui through Ie? And the 'preview text' seems to imply Marika might have a similar situation...
Fascinating...
