You know, something to consider... For a lot of people, their spouse is essentially their best friend. I mean, they ought to have enough qualifications to be called that, in any case. If you don't share enough interests and all the other things to at least be called best friends, how can you really say you can spend the rest of your life with them? A lot of people get together motivated almost entirely by attraction, which results in unstable relationships when they can't share much more than affection and sexuality. Having more in common to a point you consider each other great friends means you'll get along well beyond just romantic matters, making for a strong bond.
In a way, Raku is arguably affirming that they are close enough that all that needs to be done is bridge that last gap of admitting they're attracted to each other.
Though I get that sounds a bit like a cop-out... It's not like I'm necessarily wrong in this case, I'm fairly certain.
Anyway, I love the little detail of Adelt laying his hand on Claude's shoulder was enough to break the ground. He is strong. Seriously, though, great to see Claude put in his place, finally. And Beehive is going to be on legitimately good terms with Shuuei, as well? Fantastic.
Also... Marika seems like she's actually secretly happy Chitoge is staying..? What..? Is the world ending? Is hell freezing over? What is this? I don't know how to feel about this...
