Oh wow she's been doing this for quite a while... but doesn't that mean she just admitted to murder? Because of the shitty translation (sorry), it could also mean she hasn't done it yet and she meant as a last resort.
And it's interesting that some people (or one guy as I understand it?) have been stealing these powers. One or two isekaid people every year makes them less special though, but special powers or not they are just normal people sent off by IIRC an uncaring god.
I don't like all these exposition though, and I think this girl is a little too forceful for my liking even if done for a good cause.

It's all vigilante mental acrobatics. Don't worry I respect the rule of law, and otherworldlers aren't above it either. But actually otherworlders are so dangerous I should kill them even if it means ignoring the law.

The author lost me there with this annoying new character. She believes she's the world police or what? Nora can't say sh*t about this conversation but her father can. I think.

"I know what I'm doing is wrong"

Her introduction seems a bit heavy handed for how slow the rest of the manga has been but she's literally so based idgaf.
She employs and allows patronage to those who are discriminated against and addresses those who continuously bother her and her crew in her own place of business through legal means (duels), even allowing the guy to simply back off and say sorry.
Like, sorry, that's her business, she can decide how the people she employs are to be treated. Don't like it? Find potions elsewhere.
Also she's like... supremely skilled isn't she? She's a top tier chef and then high tier alchemist and magician. I presume this guy (on account of buying potions in bulk) has some martial skill (he's huge too), but this seems like a bad idea on his part.
As for the extra judicial killings of who she called "The Harvesters..." uh, duh? She started this dialog off by explaining how the legal system struggles to persecute The Gifted ones who commit crimes, even with lots of evidence. Meaning they can and have gotten away with crimes, including (seemingly) the extra judicial killings of hundreds of gifted people. So what do you do about that , especially knowing that Gifted Ones do take positions of power in society using their skills? You covertly moniter and set up an infirmation system (amongst her employees and patrons) where she can gather information to stop the villains. This is obviously not exactly legal but Gifted Ones are, by definition, outside of the legal system. Besides, she stated that killing is only the last resort if she can't negate the effects of their cheat skills.
She's supremely based... although I don't doubt her and her crew won't get fucked up, what with the tone of the manga from the start including grim (shit like everything to do with Coco)
