I can't recall if there's another like those two, because for example shield hero is quite dumb and took a nosedive and i dropped it, and Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi is "passable" at first close but it's getting into dumb tropes("ha-ha, you thought i was a simple political boss but ha-ha i'm a super powerful evil guy!" -bullshit-), and fillers in the last dozen chapters or so

Oh yeah, Re-do of healer had a really good start, but it's been mellowing out for me in a bad way. I'm still sticking with it but I'm hoping it gets exciting again

yep, feels like they ordered the mangaka to make XX chapters to finish and the dude has no idea how to stretch it without dumb tropes, like he has written himself into a wall and the series loses the "edge" it had in the beginning. You're not going to get that problem with Raoul

Hmm, I'm not getting that feeling, maybe because it's been a while and forgot some stuff but reading back at Chapter one, he did jump off the school building (Which the classmate contributed to this mind set) before getting transferred along with saying he is going to get revenge against everyone, especially the bully, so from those so far I do feel the classmate might be next.

But then again it's been a while since I read the whole manga because the translation has caught up with the raw, if someone who recently read the manga or LN able to confirm or deny this?

Maybe when he said he wants them unharmed he wants to personally get them himself?
