Hmm, I'm pretty sure he's gonna let them live. Though given he's a healer that is a very low bar to keep. I'm betting what he's gonna do is probably remove their limbs or otherwise horribly cripple them before handing them over. Probably a bit of personal torture too, he's a healer so he can fix any damage right up, so he can get some immediate information he can use to advance the plot a bit and they can be left to wallow in the dungeon if the author ever needs some additional exposition.
