I was checking this chapter again before reading the new ones and something kind of weird occured to me: if the Inteligence stat is separated from Magic Attack and we saw that the stat increase reflect his actual capabilities (like his high Agi when he fought the dudes back on the forest), then how come with his high Int hes still as dumb as a door?

well, intelligence means the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skill.

if he don't have much knowledge and (problem solving & social) skill in the first place, high intelligence won't help much.

that, or the author just don't know how stat works in RPG (considering how ridiculous the number is)

@Milanin he's using the Mimic skill to fake his status, but probably not well. I think we can just chalk this up to this series not being that good, or adaptation fuckery in which a chunk of level grinding originally in either the LN or the WN was removed.

Perhaps with Toa it's different since he's so smitten by her, but otherwise his behavior is not making a whole lot of sense considering his past. Unless he's more or less totally over it.
