I agree that pork rib seemed a little... odd; I was also pretty worried about whether or not 酒 should be "alcohol" or sake specifically...
I'm glad to have someone else keeping an eye out for these things! I don't do a lot of cooking myself, so there were a few things I was unsure of, like the distinction between frying/grilling/broiling (Nekotoufu used 焼く, which could mean any of those things), that I had to go look in to first. I didn't know about the Sake/Mirin/Soy combo though.
