No longer able to download chapter via HakuNeko

[Tomandandy]

I noticed that since a few days, HakuNeko is no longer able to detect chapters from Mangadex.
This seems to be related to the increased bot protection security measure that have been enforced to the site lately.
While it's definitely a good thing to protect the site against bots, I would still love to see the HakuNeko compability restored. Thanks!

Shouldn't you bring this to Hakuneko itself?

Why is it Mangadex's responsibility if some scrapper service does not work?

Fair point, so I did some digging and it turns out that HakuNeko is actually deprecated by now.
Tried the successor called HaruNeko and that works like a charm on Mangadex, so the issue is resolved.

"It's good to protect the site against bots, but not against my bots!"
