By the way, I think that Mochizuki (the chef Ken is looking for) is working for the Mori clan. The pirate working for the Mori clan says he knows where the chef is. And as Hanbei pointed out, they're carefully orchestrating three separate challenges to Nobunaga. It'd be a lot easier to do this if they had a guy who knew the future.
