We can cringe at Mochizuki for knowing jack shit about history and doing nothing important with his modern knowledge as time traveller, but you kinda have to respect him nonetheless. Ken was only so lucky to get amnesia to get him to adjust to the times. Mochizuki adjusted perfectly on his own, no drama, no involvement in death and misery of the era, just plapping his wife 24/7, in a sense he is the strongest of the time stranded chefs.

It would be hilarious if Mochizuki's children somehow destabilized the course of history by existing in a timeline where they shouldn't.
