Really wonder how Sakuma ends up in this manga. Historically, he's banished despite being one of the OGs. And the best part being we still don't seem to know why it ended up like that – so lots of room to maneuver here.

Note for whoever might be curious:
"Lord" is 御屋形様 Oyakata-sama. "Lord Supreme" is 上様 ue-sama. This is somewhat historically inaccurate, because Nobunaga was never allowed the address of "oyakata-sama" in real life. The author must have been somewhat influenced by the common tropes in historical fiction.
In TV dramas, novels, or other manga you very often see any random head of a major family addressed by "oyakata-sama", but this is actually not true. The oyakata-sama address is only granted by permission from the courts, and by all accounts Nobunaga never received this grant.
The part about ue-sama is true, though. This is a big deal because at the time this address is reserved for people with immense prestige (e.g the shogun) and no common samurai lord is normally permitted this address.

I mean, we kind of do know, though. Nobunaga accused him of various misconduct, including mismanagement of vassals (or territory) and poor battle performance. Now, if you mean that we can't confirm whether Nobunaga's accusations are accurate or if he's just expecting too high of a standard, that's true, but it's at least not a complete blank on the info.
