Recently I got hooked on Sengoku Basara. Well, actually I wanted to buy Warriors Orochi 4 on Steam but even with discount, money is a bit tight. But then again it's not like I play Dynasty Warriors religiously, in fact I was more familiar with Basara having played on PS2 before. So I installed RPCS3 and acquired the HD collection, and to my surprise, it runs amazing! Nouhime (Kichou) is probably my favourite so far, because she just shoots without care and pretty much owns everyone. Her story in 2 especially is pretty sad, but I wish they changed her victory animation for the story mode, because it's such a huge dissonance.

The guns in Basara is amazingly spammable, which is great! ...as long as you're the one playing it anyway. Fighting against Nobunaga in SB2 Heroes can be annoying because he spammed them when you're afar and is no slouch at melee range.

I recommend playing as cannon priest man, Xavi/Zabi if you haven't. Nothing like spamming two giant cannons while screeching something about love.

I am determined to play everything from start, just broke into SB2 and played 5-6 characters, so looking forward to the challenge.
I played Xavi on 1, he plays like a tank, he is not quite my favorite but definitely better than the hyped Tadakatsu, I just can't aim. Considering the improvements of the sequel, I am looking forward to his changes too.
