I don't like Alexandria, the MC, the main character.
She kind of is an ass. In the first chapter, she shoves off all of the blame for the things she did onto other people, saying that she never directly harmed the potato girl, Lucia. Then, in this chapter, we get shown the butler's journals, that she did, in fact, directly harm Lucia.
"But it really is hard to do all of this myself..." What? She had the direct and explicit help of her servants. Yes, she's the only one who knows the future and her own plans, but this just shows her mindset. She refused to accept responsibility for her bad actions, and now that it comes time to do something "good", something she likes, she takes all the credit.
As a complete aside, Zenaida asks for overtime pay. What the hell does that even mean for a live-in, full-service attendant/maid? This is admittedly a minor issue because I get it. The author is trying to make the character look cutesy and sly and all of that by applying contemporary concepts of overtime pay to a situation that fundamentally does not make sense. I understand that this is not important at all, but it still is just bad writing.
