In the original, Nagi is called a "himo" (literally "string" or "thread"—slang for a dependent, gigolo, or kept woman). In the context of modern relationships, "himo" is the Japanese equivalent of a "sugar baby."

I wonder if the college girl actually did mamakatsu with another woman, or did she just buy the cheapest perfume and covered her body with it to elicit strong jealousy from her mama. I guess she got laid roughly like she wanted and got over three times her allowance. 3000 IQ plays.
Thank you for scanlating this.

Translator's Note: In the original title, the kanji 牙 ("fang") visually contains the heroine's name, Sae (冴), minus the "ice" radical. The author intentionally superimposed these two characters.

"She just spritzed herself from a bottle to piss Sae off" — almost definitely not: the deeply ingrained body scent and the line about her "being hugged" completely contradict that, plus the cheap perfume belongs to someone else, not something Nagi bought.

"She actually got physical with another woman" — yeah, the evidence definitely points to real contact.

But her motive was almost certainly pure provocation: Nagi did it deliberately, bringing home another woman's scent just to push her "cold" Sae back into predator mode.
