I haven't finished the chapter as I write this, but it occured to me a few pages in that those orbs might be orbees.
If you don't know, orbees are little pellets which absorb water like crazy and swell massively...
They're a bit big to be orbees, but if they are, That bitch's stomach is going to rupture, or she'll puke, probably both.

I dunno bout that one chief. She could outright kill these girls and I think I'd be quite alright. Assuming this is actual honest to god murder? They literally bullied a girl nearly to death and then murdered her, covered it up and got off scot free? Naaah miss me with that shit, I wanna see more vigilante justice that tastes like blood.
