yup was just about to comment the same thing. Contrived on many layers - she can't speak about it, she is being left alone by everyone else, she can't go out to eat on her own or even report anything to anyone. If she takes a huge loss because of this situation I'm definitely dropping this because it completely takes away the agency of her character.
