Notification For canceled/Licensed/Dropped/... Mangas

Hi,
I have a huge list of mangas when a manga stops updating its impossible to notice it if i dont remember that manga didnt get updated this month let me check.
it would be cool if i get a notification manga status changes to canceled etc.

@ElPsyCongroo Sorry, why do you need a notification for when a manga doesn't get updates?

@Teasday for me it's because sometimes there a lot of manga in your library and its hard to keep notice for every single one. But maybe if you don't approve of this maybe add just a notice when something in your collection gets pulled out by the scanlators. I think it would be helpful.

@KeiznKlei it's impossible since any group can pick it up any moment, and there's no clear define as to how long it'll take to be considered "dropped" (I've seen any number of groups coming back to try to claim their series after 4-6 years not releasing!). Language option is also another problem, series may not get English release but others like Russian, Portuguese... still goes on
so the system can't know it's dropped or not

@RonBWL @Teasday Well maybe just a notification for the chapters that has been pulled by the group. Not necessarily marking it as dropped. Just the system will notify you for example, "The English chapters 1-50 of (Name of Manga) by (Name of Group) has been pulled due to the request of scalantors" or something like that maybe. It's simple and just a notification if you follow the manga. Not labeling it as dropped. I hope you get the idea. Well this would be helpful if it can be implemented I think.

@KeiznKlei That could flood people's inbox, so I think if implemented, it should only be triggered when massive chapters are deleted (i.e 10+), or we may need to group the message like "Manga [name] and [x] others have deleted chapters, click for details". Not sure if it's possible though

Maybe program a bot or something that auto sets the status as "on hiatus" after say 3 months of no updates, and can be auto set again as active when new chapters are uploaded?

You could also do a check box thing of notify me of ( ) when on hiatus/active again, so its a choice of wanting their inbox flooded or not?

You could probably do something so you select the language setting too, not sure how much work this would be or if it even worth doing but its the only way I see this idea happening.

Sorry for late reply it was a very busy week.
I'm currently following 396 titles. So its impossible for me to notice if one of them stops getting updates. There can be delays or update schedule is weekly-monthly makes it hard to track it even i remember tha manga and i think "oh there was that isekai manga with long name that didnt get update a while i should check it". it works if its weekly but especially monthly mangas and mangas getting updates with irregular schedules makes it hard.

As someone in thread said its impossible check if another group picked it/deleted chapters because wrong order etc. might cause a lot of unnecessary notifications.

I think most simple solution is if i follow a manga with status isnt completed and my selected languages didnt get updated for 3 months, system should send me a notification so i can go to manga page and check what is happening. Of course i dont know how mangadex works and if its possible to do it.

I had earlier mentioned 3 months due to the 3 most common manga publication types being weekly bi-weekly and monthly. in any case of a 1 issue delay for various reasons authors post about in their respective countries for example sickness, vacation, family issues, etc. then on the following issue it would be with in the 3 month mark (in the case of the latest monthly update scheduled. ie. post, miss 1 month for issue, next month either release next update or are current working on it, month 3 new update out no auto mark as hiatus) but that's just my assumption.
