There has been a recent trend of romcom mangas of "Low self-esteem guy meets Straightforward girl", which I think are ok, but need a good premise to work well.

I like this approach here, the reasons for the girl liking the guy are very clear and the interactions are natural-ish and fluffy

Mine too, though I wish they lean into the manga drawing shtick more. So far 4 chapter in the manga was carried by the main heroine. Saying doing this and that would be good reference for their manga but we haven't seen them actually drawing.
