I imagine folks from the northern parts of Japan would be exactly as baffled as anyone else.

More importantly, it's quite funny Lento was for a decade held in high esteem at the guild for dramatically reducing the death rate of newbie adventurers by giving them invaluable information and lessons, yet now he doesn't suspect for a moment an unknown wood-and-rope bridge in the middle of a poisonous swamp could possibly be rotten.
