Call me a devil's advocate, but...
- The logic behind the annoying girl's bonfire bonanza wasn't completely unjustified
- From previous chapters, it was made abundantly clear that soloing a tarasque is unheard of, so no normal human would have been able to do it
- If it were some big-shot adventurer, their presence would most likely be known to the town or to the adventurer's guild that gave them the quest
- Also from previous chapters, two more facts make this guy even more suspicious:
- It should have taken AGES to kill the thing, even with a full party.
- It should have more stab/magic wounds than a measly two
- There's also the map showing that the vampires were migrating(?) in the direction of the town, and there were reported vampire sightings/symptoms in the Labyrinths/dungeons surrounding it
- Attempting to get rid of or sell off the only creatures in the area that can kill you seems like something vampires would do before taking over a town
- Also, brownie points to the writer/author for properly setting up for future conflicts by leaving the "all the newbies keep dying" thread in the prior chapters 👍

- The translation quality seems fine to me. Maybe it's because I'm viewing this so far in the future, but I don't understand the gripes. The font work looks nice and they even bothered to translate the onomatopoeia so what's exactly the problem?
- I get that the MC not being mad about this is as weirder than a peanut-allergenic kid brushing off a PB&J torture session, but that's just how he is. It was obvious such a development was going to happen from the start (assuming he wouldn't burn to death, that is) and if you really minded his lack of vengeance, you probably would/should have dropped this show ages ago
- That's not to say that I blame you for being mad anyway. He literally told her not to do it because it would negatively affect his job (which mind you is his ONLY FORM OF LIVELIHOOD) and that annoying girl still put him on 425° for 18 minutes. Smh...
- I'm sure if the MC actually picked a fight or demanded something from the annoying girl, people would be throwing a fit about the blatant character assassination so this was a lose-lose situation either way.
