Is a platinum coin really 10 gold? Earlier during the maze tea party, Lento mentioned a single platinum coin can set him up for life, and that 300 play was a staggering amount. For 1000 gold also being a staggering amount, but 150 being reasonably wealthy to him, it’d be more reasonable to think that one plat = 1000 gold

Its really hard to tell. This translator is genuinely terrible. Even reading the first few pages it was very difficult to follow the conversation. Im tempted to just drop with how bad this is getting.
That being said 1 platinum is 10 gold is 100 silver is 1000 copper is a usual rate when its like this. A loaf of bread was 3 copper i think in an earlier chapter. So one plat being enough to live off for life may have been a bit of exaggeration on his part or a bad translation here.
