I think they meant that she had blushed cheeks and was kinda visibly in pleasure while the sex was happening - aka your typical NTR manga thing where the raped/blackmailed/forced girls "falls in love with the bad dick" and then starts to beg for it themselves. Just that in this manga we kinda didn't reach that particular point yet - and I hope we never will.
